1. Gates Cambridge Scholarship 2023

Gates Cambridge scholarship 2023 applications is slated to begin earlier next month. Interest applicants are hereby informed early to learn more about the Gates Cambridge University Scholarship 2023 application, the requirements, deadlines and the award for the 2023 scholarship.

The Gates Cambridge Scholarship programme was established in October 2000 by a donation of US$210m from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to the University of Cambridge; this is the largest ever single donation to a UK university. The first class of scholars came into residence in October 2001.

The Scholarship provides among many others, a maintenance allowance for a single student (£18,384 for 12 months at the 2022-23 rate; pro rata for courses shorter than 12 months) – for PhD scholars the award is for up to 4 years.

You can apply to Gates Scholarship if you are:

  2. applying to pursue one of the following full-time residential courses of study at the University of Cambridge:

Who Can Apply For The UK Chevening Scholarship Application 2022/2023?

Applications for fully funded Chevening Scholarships to study for one-year master’s degrees at UK universities are now open.

Chevening scholarships are designed to cover the full cost of studying a Masters degree in the UK, including any additional expenses you may incur as an international student.

You will typically receive: Full payment of Masters tuition fees, up to £18,000. Payment of travel to and from the UK.

3. Daad Scholarship 2022/2023 In Germany

The Daad Scholarship 2022/2023 in Germany is announced open for interested students. The application is available for those who are interested in studying in Germany.

They are the best guarantee for a better future with less poverty, more education and health for all. The scholarships offer foreign graduates from development and newly industrialised countries from all disciplines and with at least two years’ professional experience the chance to take a postgraduate or Master’s degree at a state or state-recognised German university, and in exceptional cases to take a doctoral degree, and to obtain a university qualification (Master’s/PhD) in Germany.

  1. Depending on academic level, monthly payments of 861 euros for graduates or 1,200 euros for doctoral candidates

4. Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships 2022/23


The Government of Canada launched the Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships (Vanier CGS) program in 2008 to strengthen Canada’s ability to attract and retain world-class doctoral students and establish Canada as a global centre of excellence in research and higher learning.

Vanier Scholars demonstrate leadership skills and a high standard of scholarly achievement in graduate studies in the social sciences and humanities, natural sciences and/or engineering and health.

Up to 166 scholarships are awarded annually
A total of up to 500 scholarships are active at any time.

5. University Of Manchester Scholarship 2022

The University of Manchester Scholarship programme offers a variety of scholarships for postgraduate level study in overseas universities, supported by the British council.

The University of Manchester is proud to offer awards totalling more than £1.7 million to international students, commencing their studies in September 2022. The scholarship is open to both prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students.

6. International Master’s Excellence Scholarship (2022-23) and other Scholarships

The University of Suffolk International Master’s Excellence Scholarship (2022-23) is a fund of £150,000 designed to attract and reward international applicants to the University who present excellent prior academic achievement, show commitment to their postgraduate studies at the University, and illustrate the impact their studies will have on communities both locally and internationally.

We will be awarding fifty (50) International Master’s Excellence Scholarships of £3,000 value each in the 2022-23 academic year. Scholarships will be made available as a reduction to the tuition fee that is payable upon enrolment to the University

7. The Lester B. Pearson International Scholarships 2022/23

The Lester B. Pearson International Scholarships at the University of Toronto provide an unparalleled opportunity for outstanding international students to study at one of the world’s best universities in one of the world’s most multicultural cities.

The scholarship program is intended to recognize students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement and creativity and who are recognized as leaders within their school.

The Lester B. Pearson International Scholarships will cover tuition, books, incidental fees, and full residence support for four years. The scholarship is tenable only at the University of Toronto for first-entry, undergraduate programs. Each year approximately 37 students will be named Lester B. Pearson Scholars.

To be eligible to apply to the Pearson International Scholarship, you must be:

  • an international student (i.e. a non-Canadian requiring a study permit);
  • currently in your final year of secondary school or have graduated no earlier than June 2022
  • beginning your studies at the University of Toronto in September 2023 (students already attending post-secondary studies cannot be considered; students starting their studies in January 2023 at another post-secondary institution cannot be considered)

8. University of Calgary International Scholarship 2023

The University of Calgary International Scholarship is offered by the Canadian University to support undergraduate students who are unable to fund their education into the university. This is only open to undergraduate students.

Award description


Offered annually to undergraduate international students entering first year in any undergraduate degree in the upcoming fall term who have satisfied the university’s English Language Proficiency requirement.

Renewable in the second, third and fourth year at the University of Calgary, provided recipients achieve a GPA of 2.60 or more over a minimum of 24.00 units in the previous fall and winter terms and continue to pay an international differential tuition fee as an international student.


International students who are required to pay a differential fee and who are not Canadian citizens or Permanent Residents of Canada

9. Commonwealth Master’s Scholarships

The agency-nominated Master programme is one of three Master’s programmes offered by the Commission.

Funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), Commonwealth Master’s Scholarships enable talented and motivated individuals to gain the knowledge and skills required for sustainable development, and are aimed at those who could not otherwise afford to study in the UK.

Applications for Commonwealth Master’s scholarships for the 2023/24 academic year are expected to open in September 2022.

 Agencies will nominate candidates to the CSC by December 2022.

Eligible countries are Bangladesh, Belize, Botswana, Cameroon, Dominica, Eswatini, Fiji, Ghana, Grenada, Guyana, India, Jamaica, Kenyaz, Kiribati, Lesotho, Malawi, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius, Montserrat, Mozambique, Namibia, Nauru, Nigeria, Pakistan Papua New Guinea, Rwanda, Samoa, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Sri Lanka, St Helena, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Tanzania, The Gambia, Tonga Tuvalu Uganda, Vanuatu, Zambia

Financial assistance for Commonwealth Scholarship 2023/24 for Masters


Each scholarship provides:

  • Approved airfare from your home country to the UK and return at the end of your award (the CSC will not reimburse the cost of fares for dependants, nor the cost of journeys made before your award is confirmed)
  • Approved tuition fees: full fees are covered by agreement between the CSC and the UK university, and scholars are not liable to pay for any part of the tuition fee
  • Stipend (living allowance) at the rate of £1,236 per month, or £1,516 per month for those at universities in the London metropolitan area (rates quoted at current levels)
  • Warm clothing allowance, where applicable
  • Thesis grant towards the cost of preparing a thesis or dissertation, where applicable
  • Study travel grant towards the cost of study-related travel within the UK or overseas
  • If you have children and are widowed, divorced, or a single parent, child allowance of £529 per month for the first child, and £131 per month for the second and third child under the age of 16, if you are accompanied by your children and they are living with you at the same address in the UK (rates quoted at current levels)

10. Commonwealth Scholarship 2023/24 For PhD Applicants

Commonwealth PhD Scholarships are for candidates from least developed countries and fragile States in the Commonwealth, for full-time doctoral study at a UK university.

Applications for Commonwealth PhD scholarships for the 2023/24 academic year are expected to open in September 2022.

Agencies will nominate candidates to the CSC by December 2022.

Purpose: To contribute to the development needs of Commonwealth countries by supporting research that will have a developmental impact. These awards will also enhance individual teaching and research capacity leading to increase institutional capacity in academic and other sectors in Commonwealth countries, and will contribute to UK higher education and research by attracting high-calibre international candidates and encouraging links and collaboration.

  • Family allowances, as follows (rates quoted at current levels):
  • If you are accompanied by your spouse but no children: spouse allowance of £266 per month for a maximum period of nine months, if you and your spouse are living together at the same address in the UK (unless your spouse is also in receipt of a scholarship; other conditions also apply)
  • If you are accompanied by your spouse and children: spouse allowance of £266 per month and child allowance of £266 per month for the first child, and £131 per month for the second and third child under the age of 16, if your spouse and children are living with you at the same address in the UK (unless your spouse is also in receipt of a scholarship; other conditions also apply)
  • If you are accompanied by your children but no spouse: child allowance of £529 per month for the first child, and £131 per month for the second and third child under the age of 16, if your children are living with you at the same address in the UK

11. GREAT Scholarship 2023/24

GREAT scholarships are scholarships to study at UK universities across a variety of subjects, for students from 18 countries.

Each scholarship is worth a minimum of £10,000 towards tuition fees for a one-year taught postgraduate course.

Each scholarship is jointly funded by the UK government’s GREAT Britain Campaign and the British Council with participating UK higher education institutions.

As part of the programme, all GREAT scholars will be invited to a welcome event in the first semester and a networking event in the second semester.

Applications for the 2022-23 academic year are now closed. New scholarships for 2023-24 will be available in October 2022.
